Renee Wetterland brings over 15 years of diverse human resources experience as Senior Director of Human Resources at Alloy Holdings. Her background spans multiple industries—retail, transportation, healthcare, and non-profit—where she has helped organizations build strong, people-focused cultures. At Alloy Holdings, Renee partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple company sites, including Lee’s Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products.

A graduate of Roger Williams University with a BS in Business Management, Renee also holds the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to organizational excellence.

Renee lives with her husband and young son in Bristol, Rhode Island. A lifelong athlete and former collegiate softball player, she continues to play competitively and stays active in her community. Renee is an engaged volunteer, serving on several local boards and foundations. When not at work, she enjoys exploring new places, visiting local restaurants and sites with her family, and spending time with her pets.
